Interinstitutional Conference E.Q.U.A.L.I.T.Y. – Educating and Qualifying Humans through Art and Transformative Interdisciplinary Languages. Educational and transformative strategies of the World System of the UNESCO Chair “Generative Pedagogy and Educational Systems to Tackle Inequality”

On 11 November 2025, at the University of Salerno, Cilento Lecture Hall, the Interinstitutional Conference promoted by the UNESCO Chair “Generative Pedagogy and Educational Systems to Tackle Inequality,” chaired by Prof. Emiliana Mannese, provides an important opportunity for discussion and reflection. The event presents the experience of the E.Q.U.A.L.I.T.Y. project, a transformative educational initiative inspired by the principles of Generative Pedagogy and the World System, which uses the language of cinema to train Generative Talents and build Thinking Communities. Under the scientific coordination of Prof. Maria Ricciardi, the conference combines academic reflection, field testimonials, and the creative narration of the documentary film “One Love,” with the participation of director Federico Di Cicilia, the PERCORSI Consortium, andGiffoni.The day concludes with the symbolic signing of the “E.Q.U.A.L.I.T.Y.” Manifesto, as a shared commitment to promoting equity, education, and transformation.
