Abstract
The I Edition of theFestival Generative Pedagogy and Knowledge-Sharing Communitiesis conceived as a cultural and scientific initiative promoted by the UNESCO Chair with the aim of activating a public platform for pedagogical reflection, transdisciplinary dialogue, and the co-construction of knowledge. The Festival sought to connect academic research, institutions, schools, and local communities, positioning education as a strategic lever for tackling inequalities and fostering communities capable of knowledge sharing, critical engagement, and shared responsibility.
Theoretical context
The project is grounded in the paradigm ofGenerative Pedagogy and System-World, developed by Emiliana Mannese, and in theMethodological Protocol for Generative Guidance and Organizational Systems (O.Ge.S.O.), conceived as a scientific framework for designing generative educational environments. The epistemological foundation integrates a transdisciplinary perspective, institutional responsibility, and particular attention to fragile territories, especially Italy’s Inner Areas.
